PePtone is mixture composited of milk white to pale yellow powder and little granule, which is manufactured by all kinds of animal protein, fish, meat, bone, through hydrolyzed by enzyme, refined, dry processing. It contains polypeptide, dipeptide, amino acid hydrolyzed by different degree. It includes 18 amino acid, microelement human body and animals needed. With special smell but without rancidness, is soluble in water, insoluble in aether and ethanol, moisture absorption easily. The series products of peptone and protein are free from any additive, is pure natural. It could be absorbed over 95 percent by human and animals body, could enhance human and animal resistance to disease. It is soluble in water, can be used as medium for microorganism culture, can be use to isolate and identify microorganism, also is an essential element for organism growth.
